• Damaged or Defective Items will not be accepted as a return without a RMA #.
• Wearable wrestling equipment that has been purchased from RUDIS will have a 30-day warranty (from purchase date) against defects. Any item that appears to be defective must be returned within 30 days with receipt showing date of purchase.
• If merchandise is defective, RUDIS reserves the right to repair, replace, or adjust in accordance with industry standards.
• Manufacturers will not repair/replace defective merchandise after a 30-day warranty has expired.
• Customers must determine satisfaction with size, fit, and style before using. It is recommended that all customers try on footwear with clean socks on a carpeted area to determine proper fit.
• No custom singlets or warm-ups may be returned for any reason other than on error in printing or a defect as listed above. We strongly recommend that you refrain from using any fabric softener while washing your apparel as it breaks down the chemicals in the printed designs.

• FREE returns for unworn and unused items purchased from therudis.com for up to 30 days after order delivery.
• Items MUST be in the same condition received in with original packaging, including tags.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Used items may only be returned if deemed defective and returned within 30 days of purchase date.
• To return a gift, please provide the original order number and a refund will be issued in the form of a gift certificate.

1. Complete the Return Form
2. A RUDIS Team Member will email you an RMA # and FREE Return Label
3. Place the item(s) in a secure box
4. Write the RMA # provided clearly on the outside of the box
5. Place the prepaid shipping label on the package
6. Drop off your package to the carrier on the return label

• Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
• NOTE: Our standard return policy does not apply to Custom Team Gear orders and other bulk order circumstances. Please call 937.738.6900 to speak with a manager concerning special terms for these types of orders.

Exchange Policy

We do not accept exchanges for online purchases. If a different size or color is desired, simply follow our FREE Return process for a refund and place a new order for the item(s) you’d like.

• RUDIS does not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for items purchased through 3rd party retailers.
